Trauma Therapy for
Highly Sensitive Women
in Ashland, OR
Helping you heal nervous system overwhelm, relational trauma,
and sexual wellbeing through somatic therapy.
As a Highly Sensitive Woman...

You feel everything deeply. Your nervous system registers subtle shifts in people, emotions, and situations — and sometimes those sensations linger long after others have moved on. Past experiences or emotional wounds may have amplified all that you perceive. This depth can be beautiful and meaningful — and it can also feel overwhelming, especially in a world that values speed, certainty, and emotional restraint.
Does This Sound Familiar?

-
It feels like your emotions take over, leaving little sense of internal steadiness.
-
You notice what others miss and feel what others don’t, often carrying both your own emotions and the unspoken feelings of those around you.
-
You move between longing for connection and needing to retreat, feeling unsettled in close relationships.
-
You notice your emotional and sexual sensitivity shift with your menstrual cycle, and you long for support that understands nervous system & women's health.
-
You often feel alone & misunderstood. At times, you quietly wonder, “Am I okay being the way I am?”

You are safe to be exactly as you are —
your nervous system is responding to depth, not dysfunction.

In our work together you'll learn how to:
Shift your nervous system from activation into safety and regulation. Rather than experiencing overwhelm by intense emotional states, you learn to stay with emotions and access the wisdom they are communicating beneath the surface.
Over time, you begin to slow your mind and reconnect with your body. Safety in your relationships deepen—particularly in partnership—as you build more clarity, confidence, and trust in your emotional truth and boundaries.
This creates greater intimacy with yourself and others. We also attend to sexual wounds and embodied patterns, supporting a return to connection with pleasure, touch, and your creative life force.

Meet Sionainn Noon

Women's Trauma Therapist in Ashland, OR
Virtual Therapy available throughout Oregon.

Hello. I'm Sionainn (pronounced "Shannon").
I work with women who feel deeply, think richly, and often experience the world with an intensity that can feel both beautiful and overwhelming. Many of the women I work with are intuitive, creative, spiritually aware, neurodivergent, or empaths — and at the same time, struggle with anxiety, relational distress, past trauma, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. In my work with highly sensitive women, life experiences such as menstruation, birth, and menopause are not only biological, but also psychological thresholds that invite depth, healing, and transformation.
Therapy with me is a space to come back into relationship with yourself — your body, your emotions, your boundaries, your creativity, and your sexual self. My role is not to pathologize your sensitivity, but to help you understand it, anchor it, and learn to live from it with steadiness and power.
