Having high sensitivity is a journey...
What Highly Sensitive Women struggle with most isn’t sensitivity itself — it’s living in a world designed for less-sensitive nervous systems which can make your depth, awareness, and pacing feel like a problem. It takes time to recognize what it is, how it manifests in your body and nervous system, and how to protect it's high perceptibility and rhythm.
The Heart of My Practice...
And so I created my private practice with the sole intention to offer a safe space in the world where highly sensitive women could feel deeply understood.
I’m truly honored to walk with you through the wild moors of your emotions, the seas of your vulnerability, and the pathways of your inner world with deep care — gently tending to past wounds while supporting your sensitivity as a source of wisdom.

Why I'm With You On this Path

Before I understood my high sensitivity, life often felt overwhelming and disorienting. I moved through the world deeply affected by others’ emotions, which led me to dedicate my early professional years to international law and human rights work. Throughout my work and social life, I struggled to meet expectations that didn’t align with my body or nervous system. Over time, I began to recognize my sensitivity and intuition as doorways to a different relationship with healing.
My journey led me to explore ancient spiritual and contemplative traditions, living for several years across India, Bali, Ecuador, Peru, Central America, the Celtic Isles, and Greece. As these spiritual traditions transformed my own life, I founded a yoga and meditation business, teaching in mental health and substance use centers and community parks for five years. While meditation and Earth-based practices were powerful supports, I eventually realized that the layers of trauma and complex PTSD within me required deeper, embodied therapeutic care. This led me to explore trauma through the lens of high sensitivity and ultimately guided me to become a therapist myself.
While growing a robust nervous system, I also tended deeply to my womb, addressing debilitating periods, pelvic pain, and dyspareunia. Through this personal journey, I have become a mental health specialist in women’s sensitivity, trauma, and sexual and reproductive health. My work is informed not only by training, but by lived experience — moments of rupture, kundalini awakening, womb and somatic healing, and ongoing integration that continue to shape how I sit with others.
From this place of understanding, I offer a safe space where highly sensitive women can settle into themselves and access tools for deeper healing. In this work, emotions become a grounded pathway toward living fully within the messy and beautiful poetry of life.

Therapy Modalities

SOMATIC EXPERIENCING
We explore the roots of your emotional blocks and trauma through the body (soma). Through guided meditation, gentle movements, and guided self touch, your body will naturally reveal unfinished feelings, stuck memories, and areas of emotional tension ready to be released.
JUNGIAN + INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS
Significant trauma often remains beyond our logical mind, living within our unconscious. We might work with your unconscious through inner parts work, archetypal work, dreams or visions, or earth-based ritual, supporting a sense of wholeness and personal growth.
SOMATIC ATTACHMENT
Whether you are currently feeling anxiety, stress, or lonely in your relationships, attachment work offers a way to meet and understand these feelings. Together we will explore how early developmental patterns with your parents are influencing your relationship patterns now as an adult.
ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY
My work honors the ways people experience themselves through spiritual or energetic language, including chakras, subtle body awareness, kundalini, the auric field, past lives, and a felt sense of personal energy. When meaningful, these frameworks may be explored as part of the client’s sensitivity, experience, and meaning-making in therapy.
