Living With Pelvic Pain and Painful Sex
Pelvic pain and pain during sex can feel isolating, confusing, and deeply overwhelming.
You might not fully understand where the pain came from, or why it continues, but you know something in your body feels different than it used to.
Pelvic pain can profoundly impact not only your physical experience of intimacy, but also lead to patterns of shame, emotional withdrawal, grief, and ongoing anxiety about its presence in your life.

The Invisible Burden of Pelvic Pain & Painful Sex
Pelvic pain is rarely confined to one place. It can move through the pelvis, change from day to day, and unlike a wound you can see, it often has an invisible quality to it. It can feel mysterious and difficult to explain, almost ghost-like. Yet you know it's there. Your body reminds you every day.
Perhaps the medical system hasn't given you many answers, leaving you and your partner asking the same heartbreaking question: "When will our intimate life return to what it once was?" The absence of clear answers can feel deeply discouraging. Over time, the pressure to heal begins to feel like something you carry not only for yourself, but for the wellbeing of your relationship. And that is a heavy burden to carry alone.
The good news is that your pain has a story. It's simply waiting to be told and unraveled through the language of the body.

STEP 1
We begin by bringing gentle curiosity to your relationship with your pelvis. Through guided meditations, you'll reconnect with your womb and begin listening to it's story, spoken through sensations, emotions, and images. As this connection grows, we also attune to messages from your dreams.
STEP 2

You'll learn supportive self-touch practices, including abdominal self-massage and holistic pelvic care, to help your pelvis soften and release protective tension. This work supports the unwinding of bracing patterns, stored emotional experiences, and chronic tightness held within the body.

STEP 3
As your relationship with your pelvis begins to change, we'll also explore new ways to communicate with your partner—both verbally and intimately—so this healing journey feels shared rather than carried alone. Together, we create a foundation of safety, trust, and connection, allowing intimacy to gently open again at a pace that feels right for you.
