Honoring Your Body's Wisdom

In a highly sensitive body, sexual trauma can emerge in experiences that feel obvious, as well as in experiences that quietly register in the body.

Sometimes it occurs when the nervous system felt a no, but your deep attunement to a partner made it difficult to hear your own inner signal.

Or perhaps your body has learned over time that love or safety meant releasing your boundaries.

One of the biggest misconceptions about sexual trauma is that it only happens in extreme or abusive situations. In reality, it can also occur within loving, well-intentioned partnerships, in subtle ways that may go unnoticed by both ourselves and our partners.

If you’re currently experiencing pain, panic, or shutdown in intimacy, your body and sensitivity are inviting you to relearn love and safety.

Returning home to an yourself means grieving the pain of sexual experiences that didn't feel fully safe. In this process, I support you to reconnect with your own boundaries, sensations, and sensual yes. In our work together, you’ll learn how to move toward intimacy from a place of safety, choice, and pleasure. It’s about trusting your body again, reclaiming desire on your terms, and allowing yourself the grace to restore connection at a pace that feels deeply right for you. Together, we’ll open the door to renewed intimate closeness with yourself or your partner, without shame or pressure.
