Reproductive Therapy
For Highly Sensitive Women
Care Through the Reproductive Lifespan
-
Your menstrual pain was dismissed as “normal.”
-
Postpartum mood swings left you feeling like you were falling apart.
-
A pelvic diagnosis made you feel stuck and alone.
-
A traumatic birth left you navigating intimacy and expectations that feel impossible.
Healing is possible — you don’t have to navigate this in isolation, and you can feel pain-free and renewed.

You're Not Alone.
There is surprisingly little mental health support specifically focused on women’s reproductive life and transitions, even though reproductive, emotional, and hormonal health are deeply connected and often influenced by past trauma.
Menstrual cramps or pelvic pain can leave you feeling anxious or hopeless, while birth experiences may leave lingering trauma or grief.
Postpartum changes can intensify mood swings, sadness, or feelings of overwhelm, and hormonal shifts during perimenopause and menopause can heighten emotional turbulence.
For highly sensitive women, these experiences are often felt more deeply. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to process emotions, regulate overwhelm, and restore balance and well-being.
